Reserved via expedia for 3 people for 2 queen beds get there and were put in 127 which is 1 king bed and was disgusting lots of stains all over the box spring. Had to go back to get a new room, 131 which was ao much cleaner and the beds were comfortable. Thank goodness we got switched. We left and came back at 10pm to sleep and right next to 127 is the conference room which had a huge party and the music was LOUD even at 10pm. I would have been pissed. Then for whatever reason the manager knocks on our door at 730am and before i can get out of bed to open the door hes coming inside asking if everything is okay like what?? It was the cheapest hotel to stay at because i had my dog but i plan to never come back.

Made a quick stop here to spend the night. Checked in late and everything went well from start to finish. Courtliest front desk, clean, and quiet room for the night. Checked out earlier in the morning. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated. They skipped on a few minor details but all and all a nice clean hotel room. Would stay here again if I’m ever around that area…

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn. The rooms were very clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. The ambience of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and essential facilities. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay and were always courteous and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience with all the necessary amenities available. I would highly recommend Holiday Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Management seems to have given up any sense of excellence. The rooms are fine, but that is about where the positives end. Paid for "made to order" breakfast but the buffet was beyond poor. Holiday Inn Express buffets look 5 star compared to this, and they are included in the room price. Asked if we could get an omelette - "no." (So what is "made to order"?) No juice, no fruit, no yogurt. Had to search for silverware. Woeful. Hotel has coin op laundry but no detergent or coins. ("Try the Food Lion down the street.") Employees are uninterested and unhelpful and unmotivated. Hotel is overall dreary and dingy: attitude of staff and overall atmosphere. This is an overall management problem. There may not be better options nearby, but it is worth looking elsewhere.
